It’s ironic that a country as vast as Australia should be concerned about a population of 30 million. Is this just another example of how so many areas of the world are becoming increasingly uninhabitable, as population growth drives climate change?

For sure. Most of Australia’s population lives on a fairly small percentage of its land mass, mostly in cities and towns around the coast. Not much going for it in the middle!

Australia is predicted to be one of the most uninhabitable countries on the planet within a couple of decades. Summer temps way into the 50s and getting hotter every year.
