Overpopulation Forcing Harmful Agricultural Practices

It’s almost the ultimate paradox. Overpopulation continues, through an over-stressed food chain, to cause further damage to the planet AND to human health. At the same time, we spend billions of dollars each year on healthcare and pharmaceuticals, to treat many of the health conditions that we have caused.

How will food production look by 2050, with a further 2.3 billion people on the planet?
