Rivers and oceans… people have taken water for granted for far too long and billions of people are now suffering the consequences of this. Are the world’s rivers fixable? Can they be returned to how they were just a century ago?

Depressing to say, I can’t see how the world’s rivers can ever recover. It’s not just demand, rivers have been completely repurposed and reshaped.

Water has always been taken for granted.

I remember visiting the Colorado 20 years ago and it looked totally different to how it does today. Sad and scary.
