Overpopulation - One Billion People In 11 Years
Between 2011 and 2022, the world’s population increased by 1 billion people.
Between 1999 and October 2011 (according to United Nations figures), the world’s human population went from 6 billion to 7 billion, an increase of 1 billion people in 12 years. On November 15th 2022*, that figure reached and surpassed 8 billion, a further increase of 1 billion people in just 11 years.
